Regional Manager
Reports To: Senior Leadership
About the role
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability across multiple stores, implementing strong management practices, and developing General Managers to achieve performance objectives and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a team of General Managers and mentor future leaders.
- Analyze regional performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Drive market share growth and revenue through operational best practices.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Support non-renewal account handling and performance improvement.
- Manage administrative processes to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Handle additional responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
Leadership & team responsibilities
- Model company values and communicate vision to teams.
- Coach General Managers to build strong, collaborative teams.
- Hold leaders accountable and create development plans.
- Encourage sharing of best practices across locations.
Operational responsibilities
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
- Audit store operations and administrative execution.
- Review sales processes and support weekly planning.
- Assist with customer issue resolution and account management.
- Manage inventory transfers, stock balancing, and approvals.
- Support accounting functions including reconciliations.
- Manage vendor relationships and service standards.
Requirements & qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service, inventory, budgeting, and P&L.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain commercial certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience.
