Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Reports To: Sales Manager • In-store + phone • Full/Part-time

About the role

Drive sales from generating leads to closing agreements, deliver the sales presentation, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete quality control calls on new leases.
  • Handle customer service opportunities and answer incoming calls.
  • Assist with showroom maintenance.
  • Collect payments and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Requirements & skills

  • High school/college education or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
  • Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals; strong showroom + phone sales skills.
  • High energy; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • General product knowledge; proficient computer skills; professional phone etiquette.
